As designers, we recognise the need to offer a flexible working approach in order to deliver high-quality architecture in the most economical and efficient manner. Our services are tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients and they can be adapted to suit the diverse and changing requirements of each project. After an initial consultation a fee proposal letter will be sent, which includes specific fees for the project calculated on an individual basis, typically ranging from £700 for a garage conversion to £1,250 for a two storey extension, for planning & building regulation applications (excluding council fees)
